That's right, he made it into the good ole country, time for a beer with Lizzy or one of the boys. Actually, the captain would prefer to have a pint or two with James May if he's about?

 Now, time to clear the shelves of Marmite and "spread" (pardon the pun) the word about the benefits of the only mite to be eaten on toast...

    Good to see the Captain is safe and sound at the Old Dart! Must be sunny there because you have got those fab glasses on (make sure they don't get broken this time).

    Why don't you ask some of the locals if they 'mite' like a special toastie treat? That would be sure to win them over.

    PS. We broke our record on Easter Monday and cycled a 120klm from home to Sutton's Beach, Redcliffe and back! Felt good afterwards and slept well too!!
